1. Introduction
Welcome to Simply Blood ("Simply Blood", "Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Change With One Foundation ("Foundation"), the owner and operator of the Simply Blood Platform.
These Terms govern your access to and use of:
- Simply Blood mobile applications
- Simply Blood website
- Progressive Web Applications (PWA)
- APIs and developer services (where applicable)
- community features
- communication services
- artificial intelligence (AI) powered features
- partner services
and any current or future products, services, software, or features made available under the Simply Blood brand.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms.
- Account
- A registered user profile created to access and use the Platform.
- AI Services
Any feature that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated decision-making, computer vision, natural language processing, or similar technologies.
- Blood Donation
A voluntary donation of whole blood or blood components performed under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Blood Request
A request created through the Platform seeking voluntary blood donors for an identified recipient.
- Community Content
Any stories, comments, reviews, ratings, images, videos, posts, messages, certificates, or other content submitted by users through the Platform.
- Organization
Any verified hospital, blood bank, healthcare institution, NGO, educational institution, corporate entity, government authority, or other legal entity using the Platform.
- Personal Information
- Information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
- Sensitive Personal Information
Information relating to health, blood group, medical history, identity documents, precise location, biometric identifiers, or any information classified as sensitive under applicable law.
- Services
All products, services, software, applications, websites, APIs, communication channels, features, tools, and functionality provided by Simply Blood.
- Verification
A process conducted by Simply Blood or an authorized third party to validate specific information or documentation. Verification confirms only that defined verification procedures have been completed and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, warranty, or representation of future conduct.
3. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- you have read and understood these Terms
- you agree to comply with these Terms
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- all information you provide is accurate, truthful, complete, and current
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
You further acknowledge that your use of the Platform is also governed by additional policies published by Simply Blood, including but not limited to:
- Privacy Policy
- Community Guidelines
- Cookie Policy
- AI Usage Policy
- Medical Disclaimer
- any feature-specific policies published by Simply Blood.
These documents form an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.
4. About Simply Blood
Simply Blood is a technology platform designed to support voluntary blood donation by facilitating communication and coordination between eligible blood donors, blood seekers, hospitals, blood banks, NGOs, volunteers, and other authorized participants.
The Platform enables users to:
- create and manage blood requests
- discover compatible voluntary blood donors
- receive notifications regarding relevant blood requests
- communicate using approved Platform communication features
- participate in community initiatives
- share donation stories and educational content
- interact with verified organizations and authorized partners
- access AI-assisted informational features.
- Simply Blood operates solely as a technology platform and facilitator.
- Simply Blood does not provide healthcare services or make clinical decisions.
5. What Simply Blood Is Not
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Simply Blood is not:
- a hospital
- a blood bank
- a blood storage facility
- a blood collection center
- a pathology laboratory
- a diagnostic laboratory
- a healthcare provider
- a physician
- a medical practitioner
- an emergency medical service
- an ambulance operator
- an organ donation organization
- an insurance provider
- a charitable organization responsible for arranging blood donations.
Simply Blood does not:
- collect blood
- test blood
- store blood
- transport blood
- certify donor eligibility
- determine medical suitability
- diagnose any medical condition
- prescribe treatment
- authorize blood transfusions
- guarantee donor availability
- guarantee blood availability
- guarantee successful donation outcomes
- guarantee successful transfusion outcomes.
All medical decisions, donor eligibility assessments, blood compatibility determinations, and transfusion decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and licensed medical institutions.
6. Eligibility
You may use Simply Blood only if:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction
- your access has not been suspended or terminated by Simply Blood
you satisfy any additional eligibility requirements applicable to specific Services.
Simply Blood reserves the right to deny, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to any Service where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified.
7. Age Requirements
Unless otherwise permitted under applicable law:
- users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account
- minors may only access publicly available informational content where permitted by applicable law
donation-related features may only be used by users meeting all applicable legal age requirements.
If Simply Blood reasonably believes that an account has been created in violation of these requirements, the account may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed without prior notice.
8. Account Registration
Certain Services require users to register an Account.
During registration, users may be required to provide information including:
- full name
- mobile number
- email address
- date of birth
- blood group
- profile photograph
- identity verification information
- location information
- organization details, where applicable.
You agree to:
- provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- maintain and promptly update your information
- safeguard your login credentials
- notify Simply Blood immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account
accept responsibility for activities conducted through your Account unless unauthorized access resulted directly from our failure to implement reasonable security measures.
Simply Blood may refuse registration or require additional verification where necessary to protect Platform integrity, user safety, or comply with applicable law.
9. User Roles
The Platform supports multiple categories of users, including but not limited to:
- Blood Donors
- Blood Seekers
- Family Members
- Caregivers
- Volunteers
- Blood Ambassadors
- Hospitals
- Blood Banks
- NGOs
- Educational Institutions
- Corporate Partners
- Government Authorities
- Moderators
- Administrators.
Different user roles may have different permissions, verification requirements, responsibilities, and access to Platform features.
Simply Blood may modify, introduce, discontinue, merge, or separate user roles and associated permissions at any time to improve security, operational efficiency, user experience, or regulatory compliance.
10. Verification
To improve trust, user safety, and Platform integrity, Simply Blood may offer or require verification of individuals, organizations, or submitted information.
Verification may include one or more of the following:
- mobile number verification
- email verification
- government-issued identity verification
- organization verification
- document verification
- blood bank verification
- hospital verification
- AI-assisted verification
- manual review
- third-party verification.
Verification confirms only that the specified verification procedures have been completed.
Verification does not constitute:
- medical certification
- professional accreditation
- endorsement by Simply Blood
- confirmation of future conduct
- confirmation of donor eligibility
- confirmation of legal compliance
- confirmation of medical fitness
confirmation of the authenticity of all information provided beyond the scope of the completed verification process.
Users should exercise independent judgment and always follow the advice and decisions of qualified healthcare professionals before relying on any information available through the Platform.
11. Changes to these Terms
Simply Blood may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- changes in applicable laws or regulations
- security requirements
- operational improvements
- technological developments
- introduction of new Services or features
- business or organizational requirements.
Where required by applicable law, Simply Blood will provide reasonable notice before material changes become effective.
Notice may be provided through:
- the Platform
- push notifications
- SMS
- or any other reasonable communication channel.
- The revised Terms will display an updated Last Updated date.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request deletion of your Account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Purpose of the Platform
Simply Blood exists to promote and facilitate voluntary blood donation by providing a secure technology platform that connects eligible blood donors, blood seekers, verified organizations, and community members.
The Platform is intended to:
- help users locate voluntary blood donors
- assist users in finding blood donation opportunities
- facilitate communication between eligible participants
- promote awareness of voluntary blood donation
- recognize and encourage repeat voluntary donors
- support community-led blood donation initiatives
- enable verified organizations to coordinate blood donation activities
- improve access to voluntary blood donation through technology.
Nothing within the Platform should be interpreted as creating a medical, legal, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Permitted Use
You may use Simply Blood solely for lawful and legitimate purposes consistent with these Terms.
Permitted uses include:
- requesting voluntary blood donations
- responding to genuine blood requests
- participating in community discussions
- sharing educational or inspirational content relating to blood donation
- interacting with verified organizations
- participating in awareness campaigns and blood donation events
- using AI-powered informational features where available
- reporting abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Users must use the Platform responsibly and in good faith.
14. User Responsibilities
Every user is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community.
You agree to:
- provide truthful information
- maintain accurate profile information
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- respect other users' privacy
- communicate respectfully
- comply with applicable laws
- cooperate with verification requests where reasonably required
- protect your login credentials
- promptly report suspected fraud, abuse, or security issues.
You are solely responsible for all content and activities associated with your account.
15. Blood Donor Responsibilities
If you register as a blood donor, you additionally agree that you will:
- provide accurate information regarding your blood group where known
- update your eligibility information when it changes
- respond to blood requests honestly
- accept only requests you genuinely intend to support
- promptly notify seekers if you become unavailable
- comply with medical advice provided by healthcare professionals
- comply with legally required donation intervals
- respect hospital policies
- never misrepresent your donation history
- never claim a donation that did not occur
- never pressure any individual to accept your assistance.
Donors acknowledge that final eligibility to donate blood is determined solely by qualified healthcare professionals or authorized blood collection agencies.
16. Blood Seeker Responsibilities
Users creating blood requests agree to:
- create only genuine blood requests
- provide accurate patient information
- update request status promptly
- close fulfilled requests
- cancel requests that are no longer required
- communicate respectfully with responding donors
- avoid creating duplicate requests
- avoid misleading or exaggerated information
- provide supporting documentation where requested
- comply with applicable laws and hospital policies.
Blood seekers are responsible for coordinating directly with responding donors or verified organizations after connection through the Platform.
17. Organization Responsibilities
Verified organizations, including hospitals, blood banks, NGOs, educational institutions, corporate partners, and other approved entities, agree to:
- provide accurate organizational information
- maintain current licensing and registration where applicable
- promptly update expired credentials
- use the Platform solely for legitimate organizational purposes
- comply with all applicable healthcare and regulatory requirements
- provide truthful information regarding blood availability or services
- disclose applicable fees where required
- cooperate with compliance reviews conducted by Simply Blood.
Simply Blood reserves the right to suspend or revoke verification where required documentation becomes invalid, misleading, or inaccurate.
18. Community Participation
The Platform includes community features designed to educate, encourage, and support voluntary blood donation.
Users may participate by:
- publishing stories
- sharing educational content
- commenting on approved content
- reacting to community posts
- participating in district communities
- joining campaigns and awareness initiatives.
- Community participation is a privilege, not a right.
Simply Blood reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove community participation where necessary to protect users or maintain Platform integrity.
19. Communication Between Users
The Platform may provide communication features including:
- in-app messaging
- request coordination
- event communication
- notification systems
- AI-assisted messaging
- other approved communication channels.
Users agree that communications must remain:
- respectful
- relevant
- lawful
- free from harassment
- free from discrimination
- free from threats
- free from commercial solicitation unless expressly authorized.
Simply Blood may monitor, retain, or review communications where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for:
- fraud prevention
- abuse investigation
- legal compliance
- safety investigations
- dispute resolution.
- Private communications are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
20. Medical Responsibility
Users acknowledge that:
- blood donation is a medical procedure
- blood transfusion is a medical procedure
- donor eligibility is determined solely by licensed healthcare professionals
- blood compatibility is determined solely by qualified medical personnel
- hospitals and blood banks retain complete authority regarding donor acceptance
- Simply Blood has no authority to approve or reject medical eligibility.
Users must never rely solely upon information available through the Platform when making healthcare decisions.
Medical emergencies should always be addressed by qualified healthcare providers or emergency services.
21. Blood Donation Rules
Users agree that:
- every blood donation must be voluntary
- no user may compel another person to donate blood
- donations must comply with applicable laws
- donations must comply with medical guidelines
- healthcare professionals retain final authority over donor acceptance
- users must never attempt to bypass medical screening procedures
- users must never falsify donation records
- users must never interfere with donation procedures.
Simply Blood encourages voluntary, non-remunerated blood donation and does not support practices inconsistent with applicable laws or recognized public health principles.
22. Prohibited Financial Activities
Users shall not use the Platform to:
- buy blood
- sell blood
- broker blood donations
- demand commissions
- solicit unauthorized payments
- advertise commercial blood procurement services
- facilitate black-market blood transactions
- exploit emergency situations for financial gain
- request payment from donors in exchange for donating blood.
Nothing in these Terms prevents hospitals or licensed blood banks from charging fees that are legally permitted for testing, processing, storage, transportation, or other authorized services, provided such fees comply with applicable law.
23. Availability of Services
Simply Blood continually works to provide reliable Services.
However, the Platform may experience interruptions due to:
- maintenance
- software updates
- security incidents
- technical failures
- telecommunications outages
- internet disruptions
- third-party service failures
- force majeure events.
Simply Blood does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free availability of the Platform.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational improvements.
24. User Acknowledgements
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Simply Blood is a technology platform and not a healthcare provider.
- Participation in blood donation is voluntary.
Medical eligibility is determined exclusively by qualified healthcare professionals.
Simply Blood cannot guarantee that blood requests will be fulfilled.
Simply Blood cannot guarantee donor availability.
Simply Blood cannot guarantee hospital participation.
Simply Blood cannot guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by other users.
You remain responsible for exercising your own judgment when interacting with other users and organizations.
You will comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws while using the Platform.
25. Blood Requests
Users may create blood requests through the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
By submitting a blood request, you represent and warrant that:
- the request is genuine
- the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- you have authority to create the request on behalf of the patient or with appropriate consent where required
- the request does not intentionally mislead users
you will promptly update or close the request once it is fulfilled or no longer required.
Simply Blood reserves the right to request additional information, supporting documentation, or verification before or after publishing a blood request.
Blood requests may be edited, restricted, suspended, or removed where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, or maintain Platform integrity.
26. Blood Request Matching
The Platform may use automated systems, including AI-assisted algorithms, to recommend or prioritize blood requests based on factors such as:
- blood group compatibility
- geographic proximity
- urgency
- donor preferences
- donor availability
- profile completeness
- reliability indicators
- Platform activity
- verification status
- other operational factors.
- These recommendations are intended solely to improve the user experience.
Simply Blood does not guarantee that any recommendation, match, or notification will result in a successful donation or blood transfusion.
27. Communication Between Matched Users
Where permitted by the Platform, users who are matched through a blood request may communicate using approved communication features.
Users agree that communication shall be limited to legitimate coordination relating to blood donation or other authorized Platform activities.
Users shall not use communication features to:
- harass
- threaten
- intimidate
- discriminate
- advertise unrelated products or services
- solicit money
- collect personal information for unauthorized purposes
- engage in unlawful activity.
Simply Blood reserves the right to suspend or disable communication features where misuse is suspected.
28. Stories and Community Contributions
The Platform may allow users to publish stories relating to:
- blood donations
- blood requests
- community initiatives
- awareness campaigns
- educational experiences
- verified events
- other content approved by Simply Blood.
By publishing content, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions
- the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge
- the publication does not violate applicable law
- any patient information has been shared with appropriate authorization where required
- the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Simply Blood may moderate, edit, decline, restrict, or remove submitted content in accordance with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
29. User-Generated Content
Users remain solely responsible for all content submitted through the Platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- photographs
- videos
- comments
- reviews
- ratings
- profile information
- certificates
- stories
- posts
- event information
- messages
- documents.
Simply Blood does not routinely verify the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of all user-generated content.
Publication of content on the Platform does not constitute endorsement by Simply Blood.
30. License Granted to Simply Blood
You retain ownership of your original content.
However, by submitting content to the Platform, you grant Change With One Foundation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- host
- store
- reproduce
- adapt
- translate
- modify for accessibility or formatting
- display
- publish
- distribute
- promote
- archive
- analyze
- create derivative works where reasonably necessary
use the content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, securing, and providing the Platform.
This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Platform and thereafter only where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, backup, security, dispute resolution, audit obligations, or archival purposes.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your content to Simply Blood.
31. Reviews and Ratings
The Platform may permit users to submit ratings and reviews.
Reviews should:
- be honest
- be based on genuine experiences
- remain respectful
- avoid offensive language
- avoid disclosing confidential or sensitive information.
Users shall not:
- submit fabricated reviews
- manipulate ratings
- exchange reviews for benefits
- threaten users with negative reviews
- submit defamatory content.
- Simply Blood may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
32. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
The Platform may provide AI-assisted functionality including, but not limited to:
- content moderation
- blood report summarization
- image analysis
- certificate verification
- fraud detection
- language translation
- story generation
- notification optimization
- recommendation systems
- search assistance
- customer support
- accessibility features.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and improve Platform functionality.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on or sharing them.
33. Limitations of AI
Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic technologies and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate outputs.
Accordingly:
- AI outputs should not be considered medical advice
- AI outputs should not replace professional judgment
- AI outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for healthcare decisions
- AI systems may make mistakes despite reasonable safeguards.
Simply Blood may improve, replace, retrain, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time.
Significant decisions that materially affect a user are subject to human review before a final adverse action is taken, as described in the AI Usage Policy.
34. Certificates and Recognition
The Platform may issue digital recognitions including:
- donation certificates
- appreciation certificates
- badges
- milestone recognitions
- participation certificates
- community recognition
- campaign recognitions.
These recognitions are provided for informational and community recognition purposes only.
They do not constitute governmental certification, medical certification, employment qualification, legal evidence, or professional accreditation.
Simply Blood reserves the right to revoke certificates or recognitions obtained through fraud, error, abuse, or technical malfunction.
35. Credits, Points, Badges and Rewards
The Platform may include engagement systems including:
- credits
- badges
- achievements
- streaks
- leaderboards
- community rankings
- digital rewards
- recognition programs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- credits have no monetary value
- credits cannot be exchanged for cash
- credits are not property
- credits are non-transferable
- credits may not be sold
- credits may not be inherited
- credits do not constitute legal tender.
Simply Blood may modify, suspend, reset, revoke, or discontinue any reward program at any time.
36. Events and Campaigns
The Platform may facilitate participation in:
- blood donation camps
- awareness campaigns
- educational programs
- community events
- corporate initiatives
- NGO activities
- partner activities.
Simply Blood acts solely as a technology facilitator unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation in any event remains voluntary and subject to the organizer's own terms, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
37. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services including:
- hospitals
- blood banks
- NGOs
- payment providers
- mapping services
- analytics providers
- communication providers
- identity verification providers
- cloud infrastructure providers
- social media platforms.
Simply Blood does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, or performance.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
38. Notifications
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Simply Blood may send communications relating to:
- blood requests
- donation opportunities
- account activity
- verification
- community updates
- events
- reminders
- security alerts
- legal notices
- operational announcements.
Users may manage certain communication preferences through Platform settings where available.
However, Simply Blood may continue sending communications that are necessary for:
- security
- fraud prevention
- legal compliance
- emergency request functionality
- critical account notifications.
39. Beta Features
From time to time, Simply Blood may make experimental or beta features available.
Beta features:
- may contain defects
- may change without notice
- may be discontinued at any time
- may have reduced functionality
- may not be supported.
- Users participate in beta programs at their own discretion.
Feedback provided regarding beta features may be used by Simply Blood without restriction or compensation.
40. Platform Improvements
Simply Blood continually improves the Platform.
Accordingly, we may:
- introduce new Services
- remove obsolete features
- modify user interfaces
- update security controls
- improve Simply Blood's own AI systems and safety features (this does not include allowing third-party AI providers to train their general-purpose models on your data)
- revise workflows
- change eligibility criteria
- introduce new verification requirements
- enhance accessibility
- improve localization.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
41. Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of its users, you agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Without limitation, users shall not engage in conduct that:
- violates applicable laws or regulations
- infringes the rights of another person
- compromises Platform security
- interferes with Platform operations
- undermines user trust or safety.
Simply Blood reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any conduct that it reasonably believes violates these Terms.
42. Fraudulent Activities
Users must not directly or indirectly engage in fraudulent activities including, but not limited to:
- creating false blood requests
- claiming donations that did not occur
- submitting forged or altered documents
- using false identities
- impersonating another person or organization
- manipulating Platform statistics
- abusing verification systems
- creating multiple accounts to circumvent Platform rules
- exploiting Platform rewards
- assisting others in fraudulent conduct.
Fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the Account and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
43. Blood Trading and Commercial Exploitation
Simply Blood supports voluntary, non-remunerated blood donation.
Users must not use the Platform to:
- buy blood
- sell blood
- advertise blood for sale
- act as a broker or intermediary for blood
- request commissions or referral fees
- facilitate illegal blood transactions
- solicit payments in exchange for locating donors
- exploit emergencies for commercial gain.
Any attempt to use the Platform for commercial blood trading is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
44. Misrepresentation
Users must not knowingly misrepresent:
- their identity
- their blood group
- donation history
- medical eligibility
- organizational affiliation
- qualifications
- authority to act for another person
- verification status
- ownership of content.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit remains accurate and current.
45. Abuse of Platform Features
Users shall not misuse any Platform functionality, including by:
- attempting to manipulate search or recommendation systems
- artificially inflating engagement metrics
- abusing reporting mechanisms
- submitting excessive or malicious requests
- attempting to bypass Platform safeguards
- interfering with verification workflows
- exploiting software defects
- reverse engineering security mechanisms.
46. Harassment and Abuse
Simply Blood maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward harassment.
Users must not:
- threaten another user
- intimidate another user
- bully another user
- stalk another user
- repeatedly contact a user after being asked to stop
- use discriminatory language
- engage in sexual harassment
- publish personal information without authorization
- encourage self-harm or violence.
Harassment occurring through or facilitated by the Platform may result in immediate enforcement action.
47. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Users shall not use the Platform to:
- send spam
- distribute unsolicited advertisements
- conduct mass messaging
- promote unrelated products or services
- collect user information for marketing purposes
- scrape contact information
- distribute malware or malicious links.
Simply Blood may limit messaging, communications, or account functionality where suspicious activity is detected.
48. Security and Platform Integrity
Users shall not:
- attempt unauthorized access
- bypass authentication systems
- interfere with Platform infrastructure
- upload malicious software
- perform denial-of-service attacks
- probe vulnerabilities without authorization

Security incidents may be investigated and referred to law enforcement where appropriate.
49. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including:
- software
- source code
- design
- graphics
- logos
- trademarks
- service marks
- text
- databases
- AI models developed by Simply Blood
- workflows
- branding
- documentation
are owned by or licensed to Change With One Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Platform intellectual property to users.
50. Limited License
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Simply Blood grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.
Users shall not:
- reproduce
- distribute
- modify
- sublicense
- lease
- sell
- reverse engineer
- decompile
- create derivative works from
- any portion of the Platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
51. Trademarks
"Simply Blood", associated logos, branding, campaign names, graphics, slogans, and other identifying marks are trademarks or proprietary assets of Change With One Foundation unless otherwise indicated.
Users may not use these trademarks without prior written permission except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
52. Feedback
Users may voluntarily provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, suggestions, or other recommendations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Simply Blood may use such feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate the submitting user.
Submission of feedback does not create any ownership interest or entitlement.
53. Privacy
Simply Blood is committed to protecting user privacy.
The collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and protection of Personal Information are governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

- blood group
- health-related information
- donation history
- identity verification documents
- location information
- communication records.

Users may withdraw consent where legally permitted.

61. Account Suspension
Simply Blood may suspend, restrict, or temporarily disable your Account or access to any part of the Platform where we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to:

- investigate suspected misconduct
- prevent fraud
- comply with applicable laws or court orders
- protect Platform security
- investigate policy violations
- prevent misuse of Platform features
- respond to emergencies affecting user safety.
Where reasonably practicable, we may notify you of the suspension and the reason for such action.
Immediate suspension may occur without prior notice where delay could reasonably increase the risk of harm, fraud, or legal non-compliance.
62. Account Termination
Simply Blood reserves the right to permanently terminate Accounts where users:
- repeatedly violate these Terms
- engage in fraudulent conduct
- submit false documentation
- impersonate another person or organization
- misuse Platform Services
- engage in illegal activities
- compromise Platform security
- repeatedly harass other users
- use the Platform for commercial blood trading.
Users may also request voluntary deletion of their Accounts in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Termination of an Account does not automatically remove historical records where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
63. Investigations
Simply Blood may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
During an investigation we may:
- request additional information
- temporarily restrict Platform access
- review submitted documents
- review relevant communications where permitted by law
- consult verified organizations
- cooperate with regulatory authorities
- preserve evidence
- delay reward issuance
- suspend verification status.
- Users agree to cooperate reasonably with legitimate investigations.
Knowingly providing false or misleading information during an investigation constitutes a separate violation of these Terms.
64. Appeals
Where Account restrictions or enforcement actions have been applied, users may submit an appeal through the procedures made available by Simply Blood.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the decision.
Simply Blood will review appeals in good faith using available evidence.
Decisions following appeal shall be final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
65. Preservation of Evidence
Simply Blood may retain information relating to:
- suspected fraud
- security incidents
- abuse reports
- investigations
- legal disputes
- regulatory inquiries
- law enforcement requests.
Such information may be preserved beyond ordinary retention periods where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.
66. Cooperation with Authorities
Simply Blood may cooperate with:
- courts
- law enforcement agencies
- regulatory authorities
- judicial bodies
- governmental agencies
- authorized investigative authorities,
where disclosure or cooperation is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to:

- prevent criminal activity
- protect public safety

67. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Simply Blood makes no express or implied warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- accuracy
- completeness
- reliability
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- compatibility
- non-infringement
- security
- continuous operation.
No advice, information, or communication provided by Simply Blood creates any warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
68. Medical Disclaimer
Simply Blood is not a healthcare provider.
Nothing available through the Platform constitutes:
- medical advice
- diagnosis
- treatment
- prescription
- clinical recommendation
- medical certification
- emergency medical assistance.
Users must seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals regarding:
- donor eligibility
- blood compatibility
- transfusion decisions
- emergency medical treatment
- diagnosis
- ongoing medical care.
Reliance upon information available through the Platform is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
69. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Simply Blood is not an emergency response service.
The Platform does not guarantee:
- immediate donor availability
- emergency medical response
- ambulance dispatch
- hospital admission
- successful blood procurement
- fulfillment of urgent requests.
Users experiencing medical emergencies should immediately contact local emergency services or the nearest qualified healthcare provider.
70. Third-Party Disclaimer
The Platform may facilitate interaction with third parties including:
- hospitals
- blood banks
- NGOs
- volunteers
- service providers
- technology partners
- event organizers.
Simply Blood does not control and is not responsible for:
- third-party conduct
- third-party services
- medical treatment
- fees charged by third parties
- operational decisions
- licensing status beyond completed verification processes
- service quality
- availability.
Relationships between users and third parties remain independent of Simply Blood unless expressly stated otherwise.
71. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Change With One Foundation, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
- use or inability to use the Platform
- unsuccessful blood requests
- donor unavailability
- medical decisions
- transfusion outcomes
- healthcare services
- third-party conduct
- user-generated content
- communication failures
- technical interruptions
- unauthorized access
- data loss
- security incidents not resulting from our failure to implement reasonable safeguards
- reliance upon AI-generated outputs
- loss of goodwill
- business interruption
- lost profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
72. User Assumption of Risk
Users acknowledge that participation in voluntary blood donation involves inherent risks.
By using the Platform, users voluntarily assume responsibility for decisions including:
- responding to blood requests
- participating in donations
- communicating with other users
- attending events
- interacting with organizations
- relying upon information submitted by users.
Simply Blood does not assume responsibility for risks arising from user interactions beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
73. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Change With One Foundation, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal fees arising out of or relating to:
- your breach of these Terms
- your misuse of the Platform
- your violation of applicable law
- your infringement of third-party rights
- your submitted content
- fraudulent activity conducted through your Account.
- This obligation survives termination of your Account.
74. Force Majeure
Simply Blood shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- epidemics or pandemics
- war
- terrorism
- civil unrest
- labor disputes
- power failures
- telecommunications outages
- internet disruptions
- cyberattacks
- governmental actions
- judicial orders
- failures of third-party infrastructure.
75. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications including:
- legal notices
- policy updates
- security alerts
- verification communications
- operational announcements
- notifications required under these Terms.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing where permitted by applicable law.
76. Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Simply Blood.
Simply Blood may assign or transfer these Terms to a successor organization, affiliated entity, or in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of operations, subject to applicable law.
77. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to achieve its intended legal effect while preserving the remainder of these Terms.
78. Waiver
Failure by Simply Blood to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by an authorized representative of Change With One Foundation.
79. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Cookie Policy, Medical Disclaimer, AI Usage Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Change With One Foundation regarding your use of the Platform.
They supersede all prior understandings, communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
80. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
81. Jurisdiction
Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts located in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform.
- 81A. Mandatory Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Governing Law or Jurisdiction section removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection right, data-protection right, or other non-waivable right that applies to you under the law of your country or state of residence, including any right to bring a claim before a local court or regulator where such a right cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
82. Changes to the Platform
Simply Blood may, at its sole discretion:
- modify Services
- discontinue features
- introduce new functionality
- revise workflows
- update verification requirements
- improve AI capabilities
- replace technology providers
- change Platform architecture.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any particular feature or functionality.
83. Survival
The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms or your Account to the extent necessary for their intended purpose:

- Fraud investigations

- you agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
